Titan Cobra S

$29.99

Introducing the Titan Cobra S, a 2m wingspan twin boom UAV. The S stands for soaring, as it’s outfitted with a high-aspect-ratio wing with generous twist at the wingtips for boosted aerodynamic efficiency. Incredible attention to detail went into making it lightweight yet structurally rigid. The wings, booms, and A-tail are fully removable for ease of transport. Large wing bays allow for mounting the VTX/RX with maximum antenna separation. All control surfaces feature nearly 0 gap with rounded leading edges that are sunk into the wings/stabs, and all servos are concealed + serviceable. The A-tail provides the benefit of proverse roll during yaw and provides ample control authority for pitch in forward flight. Suitable for long range missions, slope soaring, or carrying your payload great distances.

The highlight feature of the Cobra S - its generously twisted wingtip - aiding in lift distribution, calming stall characteristics and reducing tip vortices

The internal cavity of the fuselage features ample space for large battery packs as well as hard mounting points on the floor for electronics and other components. The optional airspeed sensor mounting is simple, low drag, and lightweight. The bottom half of the housing must be glued to the fuselage, while the top half can be screwed on. The housing fits both the pitot tube as well as the sensor PCB, allowing for a non-permanent install with only wires exiting the housing and no tubes

A closer look at Cobra’s A-Tail: A great benefit of the A-Tail is proverse roll when rudder is applied, and no reflex required thanks to the middle section with built in trim assuring neutral pitch stability
